In these pages are collected our studies, experiences, analyzes, reflections and thoughts on life and our existence, as well as the answers to our questions, which each of us has asked himself at least once in his life:

What are the foundations of life (in this psychophysical dimension)?
How to be and live in balance?

For us it was clear from the beginning that we are combination, collaboration and union of “elements” and still today intrigue us their dynamics, natural laws and the harmony between them.

I can reveal to you that today I still receive the answers to the questions that I asked, and I have decided to share a summary of what I have understood up till now with you:
the foundation of life in this psychophysical dimension, which is perceived, decoded and thus experienced through the human body is after my opinion one which includes two other “sub-foundations”, so I will talk about 3 foundations.

The number one foundation, the main one, is Breathing, which can be seen as the Key to existence (if you don’t believe it, try to hold your mouth and nose closed for a few minutes :); through Breathing there are present two other foundations of life which are nutrition and movement.

Let me explain: Breath itself is movement and nutrition:
in the mixture of elements from the environment and the organism the temperature (36C) suitable for life is created and at the same time it means nutrition which in turn stimulates growth, development, vitality, health, multiplication, expansion on the one hand as well as in the other hand elimination, purification, filtration, mutation, transformation and so on ad infinitum:
Breath, Movement, Nutrition.

Breath is life.

It is the first thing we do when we wnter this world and the last thing we do when we check out. We can survive wirhout water for days and food for weeks.. Without breath, we cannot go much longer than a few minuts.

Breathing is the foundation of proper movement of mind and body.

Our mind mirrors our breath and our body responds to the quality and quantity of breathing. This is why all of the meditative and spiritual practices are deep rooted in breathing.

In addition we can breath in the present moment. You cannot breath in the past or the future. Therefore, breath is our anchor.

It is bridge between mind and body and connects us to the precious now. Our mind likes to take us back into the past or project into the future. By returning to the breath, we return to reality.

On average, we breath over 20.000 times per day. In today’s society, well over 80-90% of us have sort of breathing dysfunction. This has led to all sorts of challenges from digestive, postural, chronic pain, mental, emotional and nutritional disruption.

If you want to live conscious, breathe aware.
If breathing is conscious, so will nutrition and movement be and this is your attention, your thinking, your concentration, your emotions, your actions,  and so on.

To achieve conscious breathing one begins with exercising the Attention on one’s breath with Will, discipline and continuity.
You can begin now with your next breath, in this exact moment, because this is all it is: stop, observe yourself and breathe consciously. Use the Will, if necessary.

Through conscious breathing you will realize that you are The Attention, your own Attention.

It matters how we wake up, because this is how our day will be, how our day will be, so we will go to sleep, how we will go to sleep, like this we will wake up, how we will wake up, so will our new day and so on.  A continuous cycle.

So by taking care of our breathing we become aware of our Attention, therefore we become aware of our life force.
